A blog on politics and the state of the nation through the eyes of a former infantry officer, special operations physician, and civilian leader in the healthcare business
This site reflects the political thoughts and attitudes of a former army ranger infantryman turned physician. Technology has brought the world closer than ever before. This proximity crisis provides a tremendous opportunity for both cooperation and conflict. Inside the US, political polarization has reached unprecedented levels. This polarization in the face of so many international and national conflicts challenges our country and its leaders. This blog is intended to share ideas on the problems facing our leaders from the perspective of a former soldier, special operations physician, turned civilian doctor and business leader. I hope my thoughts stimulate your own ideas, that you will share them here and elsewhere, and that we all can see our nation prosper in these uniques times. - Mark
